Over 12 Latin Tech

Our Over 12s Latin Technique class is designed for dancers who want to develop a deeper understanding of Latin movement and improve the quality of their performance. Training focuses on posture, balance, footwork, leg and hip action, timing, musicality, body control and presentation. Dancers study the individual technique and character of the Cha Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble and Jive. Detailed exercises help them create stronger actions, cleaner lines and more controlled, expressive movement. Ideal for medallist and competitive dancers, this class complements regular dance lessons and provides the focused training needed for continued progression. Dancers are encouraged to work with discipline, determination and confidence as they develop their individual style and performance.
