Beginner - Improver Adults

Our Beginner & Improver Adult Ballroom and Latin class welcomes complete beginners, those returning to dance and dancers who are ready to progress beyond the basic steps. Beginners receive a clear and comfortable introduction to the foundations of each dance, while improvers develop their existing knowledge with additional figures, stronger technique and more detailed routines. Tuition is adapted to suit both levels, allowing everyone to learn and progress without feeling rushed. The class covers popular Ballroom dances such as the Waltz, Quickstep, Tango and Foxtrot, alongside Latin American favourites including the Cha Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba and Jive. Whether you want to learn a new skill, prepare for a special occasion, keep active or enjoy a sociable evening, our friendly instructors will help you become a more confident and capable dancer.
